About the Position

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking skilled and experienced Foremen specializing in Welding, Electrical, Civil, and Instrumentation to join our team for oil & gas and engineering projects in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in supervisory roles, ensuring project execution meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and within project deadlines. Responsibilities vary by specialization:

Welding Foreman

• Supervise welding teams and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines.

Electrical Foreman

• Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Manage electrical teams and provide technical guidance.

Civil Foreman

• Supervise civil construction activities, including excavation and concrete work.
• Monitor material usage and ensure structural integrity.
• Liaise with contractors and engineers to resolve site issues.

Instrumentation Foreman

• Manage instrumentation and control system installations.
• Ensure calibration and testing of instruments meet project requirements.
• Train and supervise technicians for efficient operations.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (Welding, Electrical, Civil, or Instrumentation).
• Experience: 1-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role within the oil & gas or construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Safety Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety standards.
• Communication: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Diriyah, Riyadh.
