Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Forklift Operator at Talentrio, you will be entrusted with multiple critical functions within our logistics and supply chain operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our facility while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Primary Operational Tasks

• Safely operate and maneuver forklifts, including counterbalance, reach, and pallet trucks, in congested areas and narrow aisles
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment between loading docks, storage areas, and production facilities
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning, tagging, and documentation of all moved items
• Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas while maximizing space utilization and accessibility
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and production teams to prioritize material movement needs

Safety and Compliance Duties

• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures at all times
• Participate in daily safety meetings and contribute to the development of improved safety protocols
• Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and complete required documentation accurately
• Identify and report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational concerns immediately
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent accidents and ensure efficient operations
• Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials when required by specific operational needs

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this Forklift Operator position near Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements and possess the necessary qualifications to excel in this demanding role within the Oil & Gas industry.

Education and Certification

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline preferred)
• Valid forklift operator certification from an accredited training provider
