Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Utilize machine learning tools for predictive maintenance and fault detection
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics for proper repair procedures
• Monitor freezer unit performance and temperature control systems
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Collaborate with retail staff to ensure proper handling of freezer units
• Stay updated on new refrigeration technologies and repair techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements:

• ITI certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in freezer unit maintenance and repair
• Working knowledge of machine learning applications in equipment maintenance
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and specialized repair equipment

Preferred Skills:

• Certification from a recognized refrigeration authority
• Experience with commercial freezer units in retail environments
• Knowledge of IoT-enabled refrigeration systems
• Basic computer skills for digital maintenance reporting
• Valid Omani driving license

Work Environment

This position requires working in various retail locations across Muscat, Oman, primarily in Al Ghubrah area. The role involves:
