About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated FRP Molded Grating Operator to join our production team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates with basic knowledge of machine operations in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) molding machines to produce high-quality grating products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor FRP molded grating machines to ensure efficient production.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report defects.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Document production data accurately for reporting purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of machine operations in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail for quality control purposes.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle materials.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- School-level education or equivalent.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in FRP or composite material manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
Work Environment
This is an on-site role in a manufacturing facility in Al-Naseem, Riyadh. The job requires working in a production environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial materials. Safety gear will be provided.
