About the Role
As an FRP Pultrusion Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process by ensuring the efficient operation of pultrusion machines. You will work closely with the production team to manufacture fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) products while adhering to quality and safety standards. Training will be provided, but a willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor FRP pultrusion machines to produce high-quality products.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in loading raw materials and adjusting machine settings as needed.
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

This role is based in a manufacturing facility in Al-Naseem, Riyadh. You will work in a production setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial materials. Safety gear and protocols are strictly enforced to ensure a secure working environment.
