Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ReactJS and passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a full-time, on-site role located at MG Road, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of our trading platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance for scalability and speed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech/Trading environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education & Qualifications

• Graduation or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in web development or relevant technologies are a plus.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. Candidates must be willing to work from our MG Road office.
