Job Overview
Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Furniture Carpenter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves crafting, assembling, and repairing high-quality furniture for our clients in the facility management and maintenance services sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture assembly, woodworking, and carpentry techniques.

Key Responsibilities
The Furniture Carpenter will be responsible for:
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, laminate, and other materials for furniture construction.
- Assembling and installing furniture components, including cabinets, tables, chairs, and shelving units.
- Repairing damaged furniture and performing refinishing work as needed.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and design plans.
- Operating carpentry tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all furniture meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Collaborating with the operations team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to workplace safety guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Graduation or Diploma in Carpentry, Woodworking, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in furniture assembly and carpentry.
- Prior experience in facility management or maintenance services is a plus.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in woodworking and furniture construction techniques.
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, sanders).
- Ability to read technical drawings and design specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of finishing techniques (staining, varnishing, painting).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom furniture design.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and automated woodworking tools.
- Knowledge of upholstery and soft furnishing repairs.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position located in Al Batha, Riyadh. The candidate will work in a well-equipped workshop with standard carpentry tools and machinery. Occasional travel to client sites may be required for installation or repair work.
The role involves:
- Regular exposure to wood dust, adhesives, and paint fumes.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Working in compliance with workplace safety regulations.
