Key Responsibilities

• Operate gas cutting equipment to cut metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine cutting requirements.
• Perform precise measurements and markings for accurate material cutting.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to structural fabrication plans.
• Maintain and inspect cutting tools and equipment to ensure operational safety.
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices in handling gas cutting machinery.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Report any technical issues or deviations from specifications to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic knowledge of structural fabrication planning.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with gas cutting tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience in gas cutting or fabrication roles (freshers may apply).
