Job Overview

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Generator Mechanic to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in generator maintenance, particularly in the Agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, troubleshooting, and repair of generators to support our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on generators to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot generator malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as alternators, fuel systems, and control panels.
• Conduct load testing and performance evaluations to ensure reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior mechanics when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in generator maintenance and repair.
• Prior experience in the Agriculture industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel and gas-powered generators.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fuel systems, and engine components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with load testing equipment and diagnostic tools.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

Work Location
