Key Responsibilities

As a Generator Technician, your primary duties will include:

• Inspecting, servicing, and maintaining generators to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnosing and repairing generator malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Monitoring generator performance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Training junior technicians on generator maintenance best practices.
• Ensuring all work complies with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in generator maintenance and repair.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with poultry or hatchery operations is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
