About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grader Operator (Indian License) to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment management, with proven expertise in operating graders for construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain motor graders efficiently to ensure smooth grading of surfaces for construction projects.
• Perform pre-operational checks, including inspecting fluid levels, tires, and control mechanisms.
• Follow project blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate grading and leveling of surfaces.
• Coordinate with ground crew to ensure safety and precision in grading operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on graders to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Adhere to all UAE construction safety regulations and company policies.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily operations, including fuel consumption and work completed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, specifically motor graders.
• Strong understanding of grading techniques, soil types, and construction site layouts.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and blueprints.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Educational & Licensing Requirements:

• ITI certification or equivalent in Heavy Equipment Operation.
• Valid Indian Grader Operator License (mandatory).
• Additional certification in construction safety is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Grader Operator in the construction industry.
• Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site (no remote work available).
• Work Location: The Springs, Dubai, UAE.
• Shift: Standard working hours, with occasional overtime based on project requirements.
• Environment: Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
