Key Responsibilities

• Operate motor graders to level, grade, and smooth surfaces as per project requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of grader equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and construction site regulations to prevent accidents.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete grading tasks efficiently.
• Adjust grader blades and controls to achieve precise grading levels.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed, including hours of operation and materials used.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Valid Indian Grader Operator License.
• 0-1 year of experience in operating motor graders.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret grading plans and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail for precise grading work.
• Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
• Understanding of construction site safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in road construction or civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of GPS and laser-guided grading systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s construction regulations.

Education & Certification

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
• Valid Indian Grader Operator License (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in heavy equipment operation are a plus.
