About the Role

Avoir HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Grader Operator (Saudi License) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the Construction and Transportation sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating graders, a valid Saudi License, and a keen eye for precision in earthmoving and grading tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate graders to level, smooth, or redistribute earth for construction projects.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on grading equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow project specifications and blueprints to achieve accurate grading results.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other heavy equipment operators to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and construction site regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or site hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in minor repairs and adjustments to graders as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience as a Grader Operator or similar role.
• License: Valid Saudi License for operating graders is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong understanding of grader operations, basic maintenance, and construction safety standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GPS-guided grading systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and precision in machine operations.
• Willingness to work in challenging outdoor environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Sulimaniyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The job requires working in various weather conditions and may involve long hours to meet project deadlines. Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if needed.
