Job Overview

Resource Hunters Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphics and PowerPoint Presentation Designer to join our dynamic Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in visual design, particularly within the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and computer skills, along with a keen eye for aesthetics and business communication.

With a competitive salary range of 15-20 LPA, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact presentations and visual content that supports our global clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, investors, and clients.
• Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and data visualizations to enhance business reports and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align designs with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Ensure consistency in design, layout, and formatting across all presentation materials.
• Develop templates and style guides to streamline future presentation creation.
• Edit and refine existing presentations to improve clarity, visual appeal, and impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (animations, transitions, master slides).
• Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Ability to translate complex data into engaging infographics and charts.
• Familiarity with Petrochemical/Oil & Gas terminology is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication to understand stakeholder requirements.
• Creativity and problem-solving to deliver innovative design solutions.

Education:

A Graduation/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is required.
