Job Overview

Our manufacturing facility in Kuwait City, Al Asimah (Capital Governorate) is seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join our Operations team. This is a full-time role requiring 1-3 years of hands-on experience in grinding operations within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will hold an ITI certification and possess proficiency in machine learning applications for industrial machinery.

Salary Range: 5-8 LPA

Location: Jibla, Kuwait City, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grinding machines to ensure optimal performance and precision.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and perform troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to enhance grinding efficiency and reduce waste.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Document operational data, including machine settings, output, and maintenance records.
• Assist in training junior operators and new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Grinder Operator (1-3 years) in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of grinding equipment, tooling, and precision measurement instruments.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications for industrial processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education & Certifications:

• ITI certification or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• Additional certifications in machine operations or industrial training are a plus.
