Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Grinder to join our team in Abu Dhabi for Onshore Oil & Gas Projects. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates (0-1 year of experience) with a diploma or graduation in a relevant field. The position involves performing grinding and maintenance tasks to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines and tools to perform precision grinding of metal components.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines for equipment handling.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues related to grinding processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of grinding operations and report any discrepancies.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic understanding of grinding techniques and machinery.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks on industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor in a demanding environment.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in grinding, maintenance, or a similar role in the Oil & Gas sector (freshers are welcome).
