Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ground Treatment Plant System and Infrastructure Expert to join our team in Diriyah, Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in plant operations within the petrochemical or oil & gas sector. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing ground treatment systems and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of ground treatment plant systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system inefficiencies or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement plant upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize plant efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on ground treatment plant operations.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and servicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ground treatment plant operations or similar roles.
• Proven expertise in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of plant operations, including pumps, filters, and treatment systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and manuals.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental compliance.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and automation tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Working Conditions

• This is an on-site role in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Rotational shifts may be required, including weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to industrial environments with strict adherence to safety guidelines.
