Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HDPE piping systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for plumbing layouts.
• Perform pressure tests and leak detection to ensure system integrity.
• Weld and fuse HDPE pipes using specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to plan and execute projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in commercial and industrial settings.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Train junior plumbers and apprentices as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certification

• ITI certification in Plumbing or a related field.
• Additional certifications in HDPE welding or piping systems are a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as an HDPE Plumber or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working with industrial-grade HDPE piping.
• Familiarity with construction site workflows and safety standards.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HDPE pipe welding and fusion techniques.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to operate plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
