Job Overview

As a Head Chef at Suni Associates, you will oversee all culinary operations in our hotel’s kitchen. You will be responsible for menu development, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires creativity, leadership, and expertise in multi-cuisine menu development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork.
• Develop innovative and seasonal multi-cuisine menus to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with business goals.
• Source high-quality ingredients and establish vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in multi-cuisine menu development (Middle Eastern, Continental, Asian, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Creativity in designing unique and appealing dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (entry-level applicants with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
