Key Responsibilities

The Head Therapist will oversee all therapy-related services, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Key duties include:

• Design and implement personalized therapy programs for guests.
• Supervise and train junior therapists to maintain service quality.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate therapeutic treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to enhance wellness offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in therapy techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy).
• 0-1 year of experience in a therapy or wellness role.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of therapists.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
