As the Head-Welding & Fabrication, you will play a critical role in overseeing welding operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage welding and fabrication processes to meet aerospace industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of welding technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement efficient fabrication techniques to enhance productivity.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize welding procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of welding operations, materials, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, ARC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety standards in welding and fabrication.

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in welding & fabrication (freshers with relevant training may apply).
• Prior experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
