Job Overview

Avoir HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Driver with an Indian License to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for supporting the transportation needs of our Construction Industry operations. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience, a valid Indian driving license, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and drive heavy vehicles (e.g., trucks, trailers, or construction equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Transport construction materials, equipment, and personnel to and from designated sites.
• Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain optimal condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Valid Indian Driving License for heavy vehicles.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Grade).
• 0-1 years of experience in heavy vehicle driving (Freshers with proper training may apply).
• Strong understanding of traffic rules and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good physical stamina for long drives and loading/unloading tasks.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Prior experience in the Construction Industry.
• Familiarity with routes in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia.
