We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join our team in Kuwait's thriving Oil & Gas industry. This full-time position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in maintaining, repairing, and inspecting heavy machinery used in petrochemical operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience, ITI certification, and a deep understanding of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify faults.
• Utilize machine learning tools and predictive maintenance techniques to enhance equipment reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Order and replace defective parts, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Train junior technicians on best practices in equipment maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in predictive maintenance (a plus).
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with heavy machinery used in petrochemical plants.
• Familiarity with automated diagnostic tools and software.
• Certification in welding, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
