About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (JCB/Boom Truck) to join our dynamic Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery, including JCBs and boom trucks, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision. This role is critical in supporting our electronics industry operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution of heavy lifting and material handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, including JCBs and boom trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting heavy materials as required.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Document daily activities, including equipment usage, inspections, and incidents.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) operating JCBs and boom trucks in an industrial setting.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and situational awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Education and Certification:

• Diploma or Graduation in a relevant technical field (preferred).
• Valid certification for operating heavy machinery.
• Additional safety training certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
