Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Hydraulic Mechanic to join our Construction team in Madinat Khalifa North, Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems, with an ITI certification in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures in heavy construction equipment.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Test hydraulic systems for leaks, pressure levels, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in hydraulic system maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work with hydraulic tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with welding and fabrication techniques for hydraulic components.
• Strong understanding of fluid power systems and mechanical principles.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• ITI certification in Mechanical, Hydraulics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Heavy Hydraulic Mechanic in construction or a related industry.
• Experience with heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and cranes is a plus.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
