About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Helper – For Piling to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities

As a Piling Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the piling crew in various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in the setup and dismantling of piling equipment and machinery.
• Transporting materials, tools, and equipment to and from the worksite.
• Providing general support to piling operators and engineers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite to prevent hazards.
• Assisting in drilling, driving, and other piling-related activities as directed.
• Performing routine checks on tools and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Following instructions from supervisors and senior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Education: ITI certification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction, preferably in piling or foundation work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with a crew.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of construction safety protocols.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills
