Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Helper to join our Cleaning Services team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and order across our manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. This is a full-time position located in Al Malaz, Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and workspaces.
• Assist in the maintenance of cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Support the team in deep-cleaning projects and special tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Graduation/Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork.

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time (onsite, no remote work).
• Shift: Standard working hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Environment: Manufacturing facility with exposure to industrial noise and cleaning chemicals.
• Physical Demands: Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 kg.
