Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Helper to join our Maintenance team in the Oil & Gas Construction industry. This is a full-time position based in Al Murabba, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations in a high-demand construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Helper in our Maintenance department, your primary duties will include:

• Providing hands-on support to skilled workers and technicians in daily maintenance tasks.
• Assisting in the setup, dismantling, and transportation of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ensuring workspaces are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to company protocols.
• Assisting in the inspection of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Supporting the team in emergency repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining logs of work completed and reporting any discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Education & Experience

• Education Level: Higher Secondary or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a supportive role, preferably in Oil & Gas Construction or related industries.

Essential Skills

• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and construction workflows.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in construction environments.
• Reliability and a proactive work ethic.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience working in extreme weather conditions (heat, dust, etc.).
