Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Helpers (Mechanical/Electrical) to join our dynamic team in Kuwait City. This role is critical in supporting mechanical and electrical operations within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a strong technical background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Helper (Mechanical/Electrical), you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Supporting senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Handling tools and equipment with precision and care.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Education and Experience:

• Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance (preferred).

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City, Al Asimah. Candidates must be prepared to work in an industrial setting, which may involve exposure to loud noises, machinery, and varying weather conditions. Safety gear and training will be provided.
