Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

As a vital member of our maintenance and construction team, your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and hands-on. Your primary objective is to assist skilled workers and ensure the job site operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Provide general support to carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople on site.
• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and any potential obstacles.
• Operate and maintain less complex tools and machinery under the direct supervision of a foreman or senior technician.
• Follow all health and safety regulations on site, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Run errands as needed, such as fetching tools, materials, or supplies for the crew.
• Assist in digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and building temporary structures as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure maximum safety and productivity for the entire team.
• Learn and adhere to the company's procedures and quality standards for all maintenance and construction work.
