Key Responsibilities & Duties

The Highly Skilled Comp-Turb Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all compressor and turbine operations within our petrochemical facility. This leadership position requires technical expertise and management capabilities to ensure mechanical systems operate at peak efficiency.

Technical Operations Management

• Lead daily compressor and turbine maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to operational protocols
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all rotational equipment
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues in turbine and compressor systems and implement effective solutions
• Coordinate with engineering teams to optimize compressor performance and efficiency
• Manage overhaul and repair projects for gas turbines and centrifugal compressors
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and operational data

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and junior engineers
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical training to team members
• Schedule shift rotations and assign tasks based on operational requirements
