Job Description

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Appliances Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various home appliances. This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring that appliances meet quality and performance standards.

As a Home Appliances Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and providing maintenance services for appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and air conditioners. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in home appliances, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance on appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, and air conditioners.
• Test appliances for safety and functionality after repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in appliance repair.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while handling appliances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, air conditioners).
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other technical equipment.
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

Education and Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
