Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Home Appliances Technician to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of technical experience in repairing and maintaining home appliances. The successful candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of appliances, ensuring optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and air conditioners.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure appliances operate efficiently and safely.
• Inspect and test appliances to identify malfunctions or defects.
• Replace faulty components and reassemble appliances.
• Provide customer support by explaining issues and repair procedures clearly.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in repairing and maintaining home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and safety standards.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Home Appliances Technician or similar role.
• Certifications in appliance repair or HVAC will be an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Time management and organizational skills.
