Job Description

We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Hostess to join our team at Hamdan Global in Riyadh, KSA. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining or hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Seating Arrangements: Manage seating arrangements efficiently, balancing guest preferences with operational needs.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists to optimize guest flow.
• Menu Presentation: Provide guests with menus and brief them on daily specials or promotions.
• Communication: Liaise between guests and service staff to address requests or concerns promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Doctorate (or equivalent experience in hospitality preferred).
• Experience Level: 0-1 year in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent greeting and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
