Key Responsibilities
As a House Keeper, your primary duties will include:
- Performing daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Maintaining and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensuring all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., toiletries, linens).
- Reporting maintenance issues and damages to the Facilities Management team.
- Following health and safety protocols, including proper waste disposal and chemical handling.
- Assisting with laundry and linen management as needed.
- Providing exceptional service to guests by addressing their requests promptly.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this House Keeper role will possess the following:
- Experience: 1-3 years in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Time Management: Efficiently completing tasks within deadlines.
- Communication: Basic proficiency in English or Arabic (verbal and written).
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- Education: Higher Secondary certificate or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be an advantage:
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality services.
- Prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end residential properties.
