Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with leadership skills and a passion for maintaining impeccable cleanliness in a luxury hotel environment. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for career growth in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to report and resolve facility issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and distribute work schedules for housekeeping staff.
