Job Overview

HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team in Chennai - Ambattur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR recruiting experience to develop their skills in talent acquisition and employee onboarding.

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth objectives. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer extension
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events when required
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers may apply)
• Internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
