As an HSE Officer/Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving workplace safety standards in our aerospace operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders passionate about occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer/Executive will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry-specific HSE regulations.
• Conducting regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
• Organizing safety training programs for employees to enhance safety awareness.
• Investigating incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and reporting findings.
• Maintaining safety documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with management to improve safety performance.
• Promoting a culture of safety among all employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of HSE best practices.
• Basic understanding of aerospace industry safety standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Prior internship or project experience in HSE.
