Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hull Foremen to join our Engineering team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hull maintenance, repair, and construction within the Oil & Gas or Marine industry. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage hull maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to execute tasks efficiently.
• Inspect and assess hull conditions, identifying defects and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in hull maintenance, repair, or construction.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of hull construction and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and material handling.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
