Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and electrical systems in our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize system performance, and lead a team of skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards (HSE / Safety Department).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and HVAC issues efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and budget estimates for projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or inefficiencies.
• Stay updated with advancements in HVAC and electrical technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and electrical systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Skills: Advanced troubleshooting, team leadership, project management, and familiarity with industry software.
• Certifications: Relevant HVAC and electrical certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA, UAE-approved licenses).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions.
• Familiarity with automation and control systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position may require occasional overtime or weekend work, depending on project demands. Safety gear and adherence to protocols are mandatory in all work areas.
