HVAC Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

Disha International is seeking an experienced HVAC Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position in the Oil & Gas industry, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HVAC systems and electrical supervision, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of systems in compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and electrical systems in compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect and test electrical components, circuits, and HVAC equipment to identify faults and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead a team of technicians to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and electrical systems.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC).
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize system performance.
• Train junior technicians on best practices in HVAC and electrical maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure availability for critical repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in HVAC systems and electrical supervision (3-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry standards and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) are a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires on-site presence at project locations within the Oil & Gas sector. The work environment may involve:
