Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. This full-time role is within the Construction industry, specifically in the Building Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a diploma or graduation in a related field, and strong leadership skills to manage a team of technicians. The salary range for this role is 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

As an HVAC Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Ensuring all HVAC work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Leading a team of HVAC technicians, assigning tasks, and providing technical guidance.
• Inspecting HVAC systems to diagnose issues and recommend solutions for optimal performance.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and system inspections.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless HVAC operations.
• Training junior technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
• Ordering and managing HVAC equipment, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshooting complex HVAC system failures and implementing corrective measures.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Required Skills

• Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance, installation, and repair.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Oman.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Education and Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC supervision, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA, NATE) is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based in Al ‘Amarat, Muscat, Oman. The role involves working in various construction sites and buildings, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Safety gear and company-provided tools will be supplied.
