Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of HVAC systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify system issues.
• Carry out repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet safety regulations.
• Assist senior technicians in large-scale installations and upgrades.
• Follow maintenance schedules and keep accurate records of service work.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and UAE regulations.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Basic HVAC certification or training is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE HVAC regulations is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to perform testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to handle equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills for team collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
