Job Overview

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in our manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level technician to build a career in the oil and gas industry while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units.
• Install, repair, and replace HVAC components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and electrical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant education and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
