HVAC Technician Responsibilities and Daily Duties
As an HVAC Technician with Three Star Enterprises, you will perform a diverse range of tasks related to climate control systems and mechanical equipment maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems including split systems, package units, VRV/VRF systems, and central plant equipment
- Performing routine preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex HVAC system malfunctions using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
- Conducting performance tests and system evaluations to identify efficiency improvements and potential issues
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for HVAC installation projects
- Ensuring compliance with all UAE regulations and safety standards for refrigeration and air conditioning work
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts inventory and service reports
- Collaborating with other facility management professionals to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients regarding their HVAC system operation

HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Certification
