Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic (Cranes) to join our Maintenance Department in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in repairing hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and crane systems. This role is based in Kuwait City (Al Asimah Governorate) and offers a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems in cranes and heavy construction equipment.
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and hoses.
• Diagnose malfunctions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Replace or repair defective components to ensure operational efficiency.
• Test hydraulic systems for leaks, pressure, and performance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in hydraulic cylinder and pump repair.
• Experience with crane hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic systems maintenance.
• Certification in hydraulic mechanics or crane repair is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Al-Faiha’, Kuwait City. The role involves working in industrial settings, including outdoor and workshop environments. Candidates must be comfortable handling heavy equipment and working in varying weather conditions.
