Job Responsibilities

As a Hydraulic Technician, your primary duties will include:

• Assembling, installing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and components.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic system malfunctions.
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment.
• Reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Repairing or replacing defective hydraulic parts such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
• Testing hydraulic systems for leaks, pressure, and performance.
• Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to resolve hydraulic issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Documenting maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Providing technical support to operational teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and principles.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience in repairing pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Understanding of safety protocols in hydraulic maintenance.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in hydraulic maintenance or a similar role (freshers with relevant training may apply).
• Certification in hydraulic systems or related training is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
