Key Responsibilities

As an I&C Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems in nuclear and power generation facilities.
• Leading a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to uphold industry regulations.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Preparing detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Providing technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Ensuring adherence to nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in supervising I&C teams in nuclear energy or power generation environments.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with nuclear safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a high-risk industrial setting.
• Certifications in nuclear operations or safety (preferred but not mandatory).
