Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Incharge QA/QC with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time role requires expertise in QA/QC standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

As the Incharge QA/QC, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and implement QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, products, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and certificates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, ASME, and other relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and improve quality control procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Train and guide junior QA/QC personnel on best practices.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and third-party inspectors for quality compliance.
  • Investigate and document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in QA/QC management within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, including ISO 9001, API, and ASME.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in QA/QC, NDT, or Welding Inspection are highly desirable.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The role involves working in both office and field settings within the Oil & Gas industry. Candidates should be prepared for:

  • On-site inspections in industrial environments.
  • Occasional travel to project sites or vendor locations.
  • Adherence to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements.
