Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incharge QA/QC (FG01713) professional to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes within our Oil & Gas operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining exceptional quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to address quality-related issues.
- Ensure all documentation, reports, and certifications meet regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC personnel to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Oil & Gas industry QA/QC trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Education:
- Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven track record of implementing quality control measures.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and software.
